(GB) 044-862 Fitting instructions:
1.
This tow hook may only be mounted to a vehicle equipped with a spoiler of part
number PZ408-N9557-00. If your vehicle does not have this spoiler, then you can
order it from your dealer under the above number, or exchange the tow hook for one
of our hooks with part number 043-322 or 044-842.
2.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary,
remove the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment /
frame members
3.
Remove the 8 rubber plugs from the centre of the spoiler (you will have no further
need of these).
4.
Dismount the bolts and nuts from the body of the tow hook (2 M10x80 bolts, 4 M10
nuts), you will have no further need of these.
5.
Loosely fix the body of the tow hook (1) to the middle of the spoiler with the enclosed
connectors through the bore holes "a", as in the drawing.
6.
Mount the tow ball (2) to the body of the tow hook (1). If you would like to mount a
ball on a base with 4 bore holes to the body of the tow hook, then order it using order
number 022-834, and also order the supplementary accessories under order number
019-554.
7.
Adjust the towing hook into mid-position, and then tighten all the screws:

8.
After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.
9.

any injudicious use whatever of the user or a person he is liable for. (sect. 185. art. 2

10. Only specialised services are authorised to install drawhooks.

(H) 044-862 Szerelési utasítás:
1.
Ez a vonóhorog csak a PZ408-N9557-00 cikkszámú aláfutás-gátlóval rendelkező
gépkocsikra szerelhető fel. Ha gépjárműve nem rendelkezik ezzel az aláfutás-
gátlóval, akkor megrendelheti a márkakereskedőjétől a fenti cikkszámon, vagy
cserélje vissza a vonóhorgot a 043-322 vagy 044-842 cikkszámú vonóhorgunkra.
2.
Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját.
Ha szükséges, a rögzítő pontok területén a védőragasztót távolítsa el.
3.
Távolítsa el a 8 darab gumidugót az aláfutás-gátló közepéből (ezekre a
továbbiakban nem lesz szüksége).
4.
Szerelje ki a csavarokat és az anyákat a vonóhorogtestből (2db M10x80 csavar,
4db M10 anya), ezekre a továbbiakban nem lesz szüksége.
5.
Lazán rögzítse a vonóhorogtestet (1) az aláfutás-gátló közepére az „a" furatokon
a mellékelt kötőelemekkel, a rajz alapján.
6.
Szerelje a vonógömböt (2) a vonóhorogtestre (1). Amennyiben 4 furatos talpas
gömböt szeretne szerelni a vonóhorogtestre, akkor rendelje meg a 022-834
rendelési számon és rendelje meg hozzá a kiegészítő tartozékokat is a 019-554
rendelési számon.
7.
Igazítsa középhelyzetbe a vonóhorgot, majd húzza fixre az összes csavart:

8.
Körülbelül 1000 vontatott kilométer után a vonóhorog rögzítő csavarjainak
feszességét ellenőrizni kell, és szükség esetén, után húzni a megfelelő
nyomatékkal.
9.
A Bosal garanciát vállal, kivéve a nem rendeltetés szerinti használatból adódó
hibákért. (art. 185 lid 2 N.B.W)
10. A vonóhorog felszerelését kizárólag szakműhely végezheti.
