6 MAINTENANCE

Lubricating the seals (once a year)

- Remove the probe from the tank by disconnecting the power
cable, sliding fork F1 out and removing the complete probe
(pulling upwards).
- Slide out the fork F2 and remove the cover C2
- Lubricate the seals G1 and G2 with silicon grease.

SOLUTION
Check that the cable is correctly connected; repla-
ce the cable and/or the display if necessary.
Replace the fuse.
Check the probe power cable is connected
correctly, tighten the plug head fixing screws if
required.
Check the condition of the 3 tabs on the probe
head, and remove any scale. Having done this,
switch the display off and then on again.
Check that the voltage matched the minimum and
maximum values foreseen in this manual.
Enter the calibration programme in the electronic
card (consult an authorised Geoline retailer).
Remove the probe and clean carefully.
Consult the manufacturer.
Check the probe power cable is connected correctly,
tighten the plug head fixing screws if required.
Check the condition of the 3 tabs on the probe
head, and remove any scale. Having done this,
switch the display off and then on again.
Check that the voltage matches the minimum and
maximum values foreseen in this manual.
Enter the calibration programme in the electronic
card (consult an authorised Geoline retailer).
