Battery charge level gauge

The digital display indicate the battery charge level even when the On-Off key is on "0" position (off) (see
paragraph Controls and Instruments)
The brush and vacuum motors automatically turns off when the battery level is at minimum. The
remaining charge can be used to bring the machine to the recharging point
6.7

Installing the brushes

Turn the key switch off (O) and remove the key, before changing the brushes, and before
opening any access panels..
b) Disk
1.
Lift the scrubber group;
2.
Insert the brushin the center of the flat one under the plinth, trying to center the hexagonal ship hole
with the hexagonal graft of the brush (Fig. 1);
3.
Screw the brush toward the other with a pressure of the hands to get the block of the same one;
4.
To be sure to have hooked in corrected way the brush,put down scrubber group.
We recommend inverting right and left brushes positions every day. If the brushes are not new
and have worn bristles then it is best to reinstall them in their previous positions (the right
brushes on the right side and the left on the left) to prevent bristles with a different slope from
overloading the brush motor and causing excessive vibrations.
To avoid floor damages, choose with care the type of brushes and of disks, more suitable for the
treated surface.

Installing the floor-wiper
The floor-wiper in Grande Brio Ride On 75-650 is already mounted but in 75-800 it is dismantled from the
machine for packing reasons;it must be installed as illustrated, threading the pins of the floor-wiper into
the slot of the arm, being careful to keep the washer above the arm's flat bar.
This can be simplified by first loosening the handwheel on the pin Then retighten the handwheel to clamp
the floor-wiper into position.
Now insert the floor-wiper tube into its specific fitting sleeve.
6.9
Recuperation tank
Check that the floor-wiper tube and drain tube are correctly positioned. Check that the plug on the drain
tube is screwed.
6.10 Detergent solution
Fill with clean water at a temperature that does not exceed 50°C. Add liquid detergent in the amounts
and using the procedures recommended by the detergent manufacturer. Use only a minimal percentage
of detergent to prevent formation of an excess quantity of foam since too much foam may damage the
aspiration motor.
Always use low foam detergent. Introduce a small amount of anti-foam detergent in the
recuperation tank before starting to work to be sure to prevent foam from being generated. Never
use pure acids. Put the refill opening cover back in place after filling the tank
