SLOW COOK
1.- Press the "MENU" button and select the "SLOW COOK" function on the LCD screen.
2.- The cooking time is 6h. The temperature is preselected and cannot be selected manually.
3.- Use the "TIMER/TEMP" button and the "+" and "-" buttons to set the cooking time between
4h and 12h (with increments of 30 mins.).
4.- Insert the food, close the lid and press the "START/STOP" button to start the function.
KEEP WARM
1.- Press the "MENU" button and select the "KEEP WARM" function on the LCD screen.
2.- The cooking time is 2h. The temperature is preselected and cannot be selected manually.
3.- Use the "TIMER/TEMP" button and the "+" and "-" buttons to set the cooking time between
1h and 4h (with increments of 30 mins.).
4.- Insert the food, close the lid and press the "START/STOP" button to start the function.
SAUTE
1.- Press the "MENU" button and select the "SAUTE" function on the LCD screen.
2.- The default cooking time and temperature are 200 °C and 10 mins.
3.- Use the "TIMER/TEMP" button and the "+" and "-" buttons to set the time and temperature
between 190-220 °C (with 10 °C increments) and from 5 mins. to 2h (with 5 min. increments).
4.- Insert the food and press the "START/STOP" button to start the function.
STEW
1.- Press the "MENU" button and select the "STEW" function on the LCD screen.
2.- The cooking time is 2h. The temperature is preselected and cannot be selected manually.
3.- Use the "TIMER/TEMP" button and the "+" and "-" buttons to set the cooking time between
2h and 4h (with increments of 10 mins.).
4.- Insert the food, close the lid and press the "START/STOP" button to start the function.
NOTE: In this function, the countdown does not begin until the water starts to boil.
The unit will switch itself off after 3 "beeps" and completion of the function.
STEAM
1.- Press the "MENU" button and select the "STEAM" function on the LCD screen.
2.- The cooking time is 30 mins. The temperature is preselected and cannot be selected
manually.
3.- Use the "TIMER/TEMP" button and the "+" and "-" buttons to set the cooking time between
1h and 4h (with increments of 30 mins.).
4.- Fill the bowl with water and place the desired steam accessory inside it.
NOTE: Remember that the water level should be lower than the height of the steam cooking
support.
5.- Insert the food, close the lid and press the "START/STOP" button to start the function.
