SPOT LIFT PRO

- Do not put pads on an area with plastic surface.
- The tool is equipped with a safety valve whcih opens itself when the pressure inside the airchambers is too high
(above 9 bar)
- Check that the input pressure is between 6 and 9 bar. Make sure that the input pressure doees not exceed 10 bar.
- Systematically lower the load down to the ground if leaving the device for a long period of time.
- The vehicle weight must not exceed 2500 kg.
- The only power supply for the SPOT LIFT PRO is compressed air. Consequently, causes for potential failures are very
low.
- The product must not be used in a potential explosive atmosphere and it is not recommended to work near a heat
source (risk of explosion of the air chambers).
- It is forbidden to use the product on a boat/ship (stability problem).
- It is forbidden to use spare parts which have not been certified by GYS.
- Do not lift other loads which are not recommended in the use of the SPOT LIFT PRO.
- If you have any doubt about the resistance of the car body (rust) - Do not lift the vehicle.
- Do not use it in case of important dampness. This product must not be submerged.
The infiltration of water inside the product may damage the pneumatic circuit.
- You must not made any change on the product.
- Do not use the product if people are inside the vehicle or leaned on it.
- Do not move or shake the load whilst in position on the SPOT LIFT PRO.
CONTROLS AND MAINTENANCE
The SPOT LIFT PRO does not require any special maintenance. A simple periodic visula control is recommended in
order to prevent any breakdown or failure during use. If a check up is needed, it must be done with no-load.
Grease scissorrs seals on a regular basis.
Check regularly that airchambers are not damaged. If so, you will need to replace them.
Clean the SPOT LIFT PRO at least once a week in order to eliminate all the dust and dirt which could alter the function
of the product on the long term. Use auto cleaning cloths. Do not use any water nor flammable or corrosive liquids.
Repairs must be done only by a qualified person. Spare parts (see p3) are available from GYS.
Any product which looks damage, is not working properly or with missing items, must be put out of service as soon as
possible.
Do not use the product if some parts are broken, bent or damaged.
