if the Spa-pack purchased is a type "with heat exchanger",
the primary water circuit of the exchanger must also be
connected to a boiler (see HEAt EXCHANGEr
CoNNECtioNS - fig 12).
the Spa-pack must always be installed in an enclosed but
ventilated space, inaccessible except with keys or special
tools, and protected from water and weather.
The temperature in the enclosure housing the Spa-
pack must not exceed 40 °C, otherwise the pumps may
not cool properly and the integrity of the electronic
control equipment could be affected.
Overflow tank
install the bathtub close to the minipool and at a lower level
up to max. 2 mt.
in the event of the overflow tank being installed outdoors,
prevent any risk of damage by adopting a system to ensure
protection from direct sunlight, ultraviolet radiation and
extreme weather conditions.
if the pool is to be used in winter, it may be advisable to lag
the overflow tank with a suitable insulation material.
3a
OPENING THE PACKAGING
remove the nylon around the minipool.
Cut the strips, and remove the handrail (fig. A) and the
struts (fig. B).
3b
remove the screws securing the minipool to the frame.
3c
Place the minipool (fig. A) horizontally; remove the bolts
securing the pool to the frame (fig. B).
3d
remove the frame and the protective cardboard.
4
CONNECTING THE DISTRIBUTOR
Secure the distributor to the union using the special ring nut.
5
PLACEMENT
Move the minipool into its final position, with the plumbing
fittings directed toward the channel carrying the pipelines
away from the pit.
Refit the legs and feet.
6
LEVELLING THE MINIPOOL
Set the pool perfectly level by adjusting the feet. Fix the
feet to the floor with the screws and masonry plugs
provided.
7
FITTING THE HANDRAIL
drill the fixing centres in the floor, keeping to the distances
indicated in the drawing.
the screws (not supplied) should be steel, size M8x100,
driven into masonry plugs.
8
FITTING THE CANVAS
Position the canvas on the minipool. Secure suitable
anchorages (not supplied) to the deck, aligned with the
straps.
The cover is not designed to take any weight.
Never sit down, walk or lie upon the cover.
Do not place any items on the cover.
Failure to abide by the instructions for fastening the
cover in place when the tub is left with water inside,
may represent a source of danger.
Always remove the cover completely before entering
the minipool; there is a risk of becoming stuck.

PLUMBING CONNECTIONS
the contractor will supply all the plumbing material
(including fittings, ball valves, etc.), needed to connect the
minipool to the Spa-pack and to the overflow tank, and
must install suitably proportioned gullies, inspectable and
accessible for cleaning purposes, into which the drain
pipelines will be directed.
DRAIN: the contractor must install a tee and a relative
valve on the pipeline connecting the outlet side of the
filtration pump to the pool.
the drain line to the gully C can take the form of a hose
connected to the valve on the tee, or alternatively, a
permanent drain line can be installed.
In particularly cold climates, where there is a risk of
residual water freezing in pipelines, it is advisable to
install drain valves at strategic points on the various
circuits, so that the system can be emptied completely.
the drain line (11) from the overflow tank must be
connected to a gully C, as also must the line from the
overflow (7) of the tank.
in this instance, regulations state that the connection must
be "vented", for example incorporating an "air-break" so
that there can be no reflux back into the circuit after water
has been displaced from the pool during normal use.
Where a sand filter is installed, the plumbing connections
to the Spa-pack must also include a connection between
the backwash valve (W) and the drain gully C.
IMPORTANT: before making any permanent connection
to the main drain, contact the local authorities to check
on regulations governing the disposal of chemically
treated water.
FILLING: the recommended method of filling the teuco
620 is to use an ordinary hose, taking care not to immerse
the end as this could allow reflux of water back into the
main.
IMPORTANT: the solenoid valve (8) supplied with the
pool must be connected to the cold water supply and
to the overflow tank by the contractor, who will select
the most convenient location compatible with the
length of the power cable. The hydraulic supply
pressure must be between 0.1 and 10 bars. Install a
filter on the supply network to protect the components
from impurities, sand and suspended particles.
Install the "water load anti-reflux safety" device (10)
provided.
IMPORTANT: if the intention is to connect the minipool
permanently to the water supply, suitable non-return
devices must be incorporated to prevent reflux back to
the water main.
Contact the local authorities before proceeding with this
type of installation.
