4. Turn the palm of your left hand upwards
and position the edge of the armband about
2-3 cm above the inside of your elbow.
5. If the Index line falls within the OK interval,

the other hand, the "index" line is situated
outside the OK interval, you may require a
special armband.
Taking a measurement
1. Press the ON/OFF/START button. The entire display will be shown for about a second before
returning to "0".
2. The unit will automatically start inflating the
armband to measure your blood pressure.
During inflation the display will show a vari-
able reading of the pressure inside the arm-
band.
It is very important to remain still and
quiet during measurement. The slight-
est movement could result in an inac-
curate measurement.
3. When the measurement is complete, the sys-
tolic and diastolic pressure and pulse rate will
be shown simultaneously and automatically
saved. The memory can store up to 90 meas-
urements.
4. Press the ON/OFF button to switch the unit
off. If no button is pressed, the unit will turn
itself off automatically after 1 minute.
Recalling values from the memory

age values of the last three measurements.
2. Press the Memory button a second time to
recall the previous series of measurements.
3. Each measurement stored in the memory is
displayed with the relative sequence number.
