(C) DAW CONTROL: MULTI-FUNCTION KNOBS

TEMPLATE OVERLAY – Place the overlay (included) for the software you are using here.

ROW SELECT – Selects a row of parameters for the ASSIGNABLE KNOBS to control. An LED
lights next to the selected row.
3.
360° KNOB – Adjusts the parameter assigned to it for the active row.
(D) DAW CONTROL: TRANSPORT
1.
REW / FF / STOP / PLAY / RECORD – Use these
buttons for transport control for your DAW software.
2.
JOG WHEEL – Scrolls the playhead backwards or
forwards in the software (the same effect as the
REW / FF buttons).
3.
UP / DOWN / LEFT / RIGHT – These buttons serve
different functions depending on whether the ZOOM
or SCRUB buttons are engaged.
4.
ZOOM – When this button is engaged, you can use
the UP / DOWN / LEFT / RIGHT buttons to zoom in
or out of the selected track in the software (if it
allows zooming). Use the LEFT / RIGHT buttons to
zoom horizontally or the UP / DOWN buttons to
zoom vertically.
5.
SCRUB – When this button is engaged, you can
"scrub" through the audio in the software (if it allows
scrubbing), playing it backwards or forwards as the
playhead moves through it. Note that Scrub does
not work in Cubase LE4.
(E) DAW CONTROL: ASSIGNABLE BUTTON BANKS
1.
TEMPLATE OVERLAY – Place an overlay (included)
here to indicate the functions of the ASSIGNABLE
BUTTONS.
2.
ASSIGNABLE BUTTONS – Use the defaults, or assign
various functions to these buttons (in Edit Mode) to
control certain features of your software.
3.
BUTTONS A / B – Press this button to toggle between
the two banks of ASSIGNABLE BUTTONS.
ASSIGNABLE BUTTONS are in Bank A when the
button is unlit and in Bank B when it is lit.
