Step
Flush Filter
Using your container to catch the water, turn on the water supply and flush the
filter into the container for five minutes. This flush will remove the air from the
filter and the small carbon particles before you connect it to the refrigerator.
During the flushing process, the water will turn dark in color. Continue flushing
the new filter until the water runs clear.

Step
Connect Filter to Refrigerator
Turn off the water supply. Insert the appliance side of the water line into the
quick connect fitting. Follow the same procedure as used for the supply side of
the filter.
