Installation
Turn on the water supply. Check for leaks. If there is a leak, verify that the tubing
is cut cleanly and squarely and has been fully inserted into the quick connect
fitting. To remove the tubing from the quick connect fitting, use your fingernail to
depress the collar of the fitting while pulling on the tube.

The DuPont™ Refrigerator filter is intended for use only with potable
water. It is not designed as a water purifier.
2.
Replace the filter at 6 month intervals or if a noticeable reduction in
water flow occurs.
3.
If the filter is not used for a prolonged period such as a vacation, it is
recommended that the filter be flushed for five minutes prior to use.
