● Remove mowing blade (A), blade
fastening screw (C or D) and retaining
washer (B).
4. Maintenance

4.1 Mowing blade maintenance

Risk of injury!
In particular, check for wear on the
mowing blade; the same wear limits
apply as for the multi-blade
installed as standard.
Blade thickness A: > 2,0 mm
Minimum width B: > 55 mm
The mowing blade must be
replaced if it is damaged or worn.
● Maintain the mowing blade as per the
instruction manual for the lawn mower.
● See the section "Installing and
removing the mowing blade" for
information on removing and installing
the mowing blade. ( 3.1)

The blade fastening screw and
retaining washer must be renewed
when replacing or installing the
blade. Spare parts are available
from a STIHL specialist dealer.
