    Al instalar Bycool Flat en el techo hay que tener en cuenta Dirna Bergstrom, s.l. queda exenta de responsa- que, normalmente, las cabinas que vienen provistas de bilidad si se producen averías que procedan de una escotilla, tienen una estructura suficiente para soportar el inadecuada manipulación o instalación del equipo,...
  • Página 3 FLAT ® Desmontar tapa escotilla, los elementos de fijación y entregar éstos al cliente (*). Posicionar el Bycool en el hueco de la escotilla y encajarlo en la misma.
  • Página 4 FLAT ® Fijar el equipo con (16) tornillos roscaplástico WN5451 (60x20) con un par de apriete de 3,75 ± 10% Nm. manteniendo el siguiente orden: • Apretar primero los (4) tornillos de las esquinas (siguiendo el orden numérico de la figura adjunta) y posteriormente el resto de tornillos.

Pasar el cableado siguiendo el trazado de los cables originales y las estructuras existentes en el techo hacia la parte delantera derecha de la cabina. Coloque el cableado entre el panel lateral y la guantera situada encima del parabrisas.
  • Página 6 FLAT ® En la parte superior de la columna A retire el tornillo y afloje el panel mostrado. Llevar el cableado por dentro de la cubierta A junto con el resto de cables originales. Afloje la junta de la puerta junto al panel de instrumentos e inserte el cableado en el hueco entre la columna A y el tablero de instrumentos.
  • Página 7 FLAT ® Retire la tapa de la caja de fusibles, a la derecha se encuentra el soporte de relés y fusibles adicionales, destacado con un marco rojo. Retire los dos tornillos y extraiga el soporte. Asegurarse de que el cableado viene a la parte frontal del soporte de relés y fusibles adicionadles desde la parte trasera del mismo.

    FLAT ® Operaciones a realizar para el montaje del depósito de Agua: Posicionar soporte depósito en la parte baja más adecuada de la zona trasera de la cabina. Marcar y taladrar Ø 9 en cabina teniendo en cuenta que la posición vertical del soporte. Mínimo (6) taladros de sujeción.
  • Página 12 FLAT ® Fijar conjunto bomba al depósito con (2) tornillos rosca chapa 5.4x19 mm. A continuación conectar tubo de bomba (X) a depósito y fijar depósito como se indica con soportes suministrados. El soporte con resalte se coloca en punto (Y). Montar filtro en tubo con espiga, introducir en el tapón y conectar a tubo de retorno Ø18 x Ø12 (A).

    FLAT ® Colocar tapón en el depósito, cortar a 100mm; intercalar “T” y conectar a ésta el tubo de menor sección, marcado con cinta blanca y cerciorarse que el radio de la curva sea suficiente para evitar estrangulamientos. Conectar cableado con funda a las cajas del evaporativo y tubo entrada de agua.
  • Página 14 FLAT ® IMPORTANTE: El acondicionador evaporativo funciona tomando aire del exterior que es introducido en la cabina. Es esencial que este aire no se estanque en el interior, lo que produciría un exceso de humedad. Todas las cabinas de vehículos modernos van dotados de rejillas de renovación de aire, por los que sale el aire necesario.

Estrarre il cavo lungo i fili e le strutture esistenti nell’area del tetto verso la parte frontale destra della cabina. Posizionare il cavo tra il pannello laterale e il deposito sopra il parabrezza. Sul rivestimento del montante A, rimuovere l’altoparlante e la relativa vite posteriore.
  • Página 62 FLAT ® Nell’area superiore del montante A, rimuovere la vite e allentare il pannello mostrato. Estrarre il cavo dentro il rivestimento del montante A insieme agli altri cavi. Allentare la guarnizione della porta accanto al cruscotto e inserire il cavo nello spazio compreso tra il montante A e il cruscotto.

Verificare che il cavo sia in direzione fronte-retro rispetto al lato opposto. Installare i terminali forniti sui cavi secondo la figura.

Dalla parte frontale, inserire un fusibile da 20 A. Sul lato opposto della Centralina, collegare anche il cavo nero/Terra alla barra di terra in una posizione libera.

  • Página 67 FLAT ® Operazioni da effettuare per il montaggio del serbatoio d’acqua: Collocare il supporto del serbatoio nella parte bassa più adeguata della zona posteriore della cabina. Segnare e forare Ø 9 in cabina considerando la posizione verticale del supporto. Minimo (6) fori di fissaggio.
  • Página 68 FLAT ® Fissare l’insieme della pompa al serbatoio con (2) viti da lamiera 5.4x19 mm. Quindi collegare il tubo della pompa (X) al serbatoio e fissare il serbatoio, come indicato, con i supporti in dotazione. Il supporto con rilievo deve essere sistemato sul punto (Y).

    FLAT ® Collocare il tappo nel serbatoio, tagliare a 100 mm; intercalare “T” e collegare alla stessa un tubo di sezione inferiore, segnato con del nastro bianco e assicurarsi che il raggio della curva sia sufficiente per evitare strangolamenti. Connettere il cablaggio con guaina alle scatole dell’evaporativo e tubo entrata acqua.
  • Página 70 FLAT ® IMPORTANTE: Il condizionatore evaporativo funziona prendendo l’aria dall’esterno che viene poi inserita nella cabina. È fondamentale che quest’aria non rimanga stagnante all’interno, cosa che darebbe origine a un eccesso di umidità. Tutte le cabine dei veicoli moderni sono dotate di griglie di ricambio dell’aria, attraverso cui esce l’aria necessaria.
