any way. Do not close any door on the cable. Do not
pull the cable over sharp edges or corners. Keep the
cable away from heated surfaces.
• The iron is not to be used if it has been dropped, if
there are any signs of damage or if it is leaking.
WARNINGS FOR THE FIRST USE:
• The iron has been greased and as a result, it may
smoke slightly when switched on for the first time.
After a short time, this will stop.
• Before using the iron for the first time, remove any
stickers or protective foil from the sole plate. Clean
the sole plate with a soft cloth.
• Keep the sole plate smooth and undamaged by
avoiding contact with hard objects.
