· Press the ST RT/STOP button to turn on the alarm
when the desired temperature is reached. The alarm

· Press the HI/CLE R button to read the set core
temperature and check whether the alarm is switched
on.
· When the set temperature is reached, 2 beeps are
sounded per second. The temperature indicator and
the alarm symbol flash. Press the ST RT/STOP button
to turn off the alarm.

Setting the temperature 2 B RBEQUE
(grill and oven thermometer)
Lowest temperature
This function monitors the temperature during indirect
grilling so as to prevent the temperature from falling
below the set value. The temperature monitoring does
not start until the grill is heated up and the set minimum
temperature has been reached.
· Make sure that the thermometer mode is activated so
that 1 FOOD and 2 B RBECUE are shown on the LC
display.
· Press the LO/MIN button to set the temperature, which
should not be fallen below.
· Press and hold this button until the display flashes.
· Press again to change the temperature. Press and hold
to increase this value faster.
· To save this setting, press the MODE button.
