· Press the LO/MIN button to read the set minimum
temperature and check whether the alarm is switched
on.
· If the temperature falls below the set value 1 alarm tone
per second will sound. The temperature indicator and
the alarm symbol flash. Press the ST RT/STOP button
to turn off the alarm.
Highest temperature
This function monitors the temperature during indirect
grilling so that an unintentional exceeding of the
maximum temperature is prevented. lternatively, it can
also be used for monitoring the core temperature of
grilled food.
· Make sure that the thermometer mode is activated so
that 1 FOOD and 2 B RBECUE are shown on the LC
display.
· To set the target temperature, press the HI/CLE R
button.
· Press and hold this button until the display flashes.
· Press again to change the target temperature. Press
and hold to increase this value faster.
· To save this setting, press the MODE button.
· Press the ST RT/STOP button to turn on the alarm
when the desired temperature is reached. The alarm
