7.2 - Maintenance of the gearbox

Check the oil level on the gear box in each 50 work hours or weekly, and fill it with
the right quantity when needed.
Recommended oil:
Only use oil 150/CLP
Oil level:
The capacity of the gearbox is 0,5 liter.
Always check the amount of oil in the
gearbox. During operation the machine
can be output through the vent. In this
case, complete with the recommended
quantity.
Oil exchange
First exchange: 50 work hours or in one week, what occurs first.
Other exhanges: After one year or 200 work hours, what occurs first.
Exchange the oil after a job period because the dirt will flow under when the
machine is warm.
The machine must be turned off when exchanging the oil. Oil may be in high
temperature, so, be careful to don't burn yourself. Always uses the IPE
described in this manual.
