Our bones as well as our whole body are subject to the ageing process and
all its consequences. During the childhood the bone mass is increasing
fast and reaches its maximum at the age of 30-40. Then the bone mass is

(esp. calcium and vitamin D) and by a continuous physical exercise. In
additiontothatyoucansustainyourbonesbyaspecificmuscleformation.
Bone mass and bone density are different factors. Please do
not confuse them. The latter can only be detected by a medical
examination (e. g. computer tomography, ultra sound). For this
reason the scale cannot be used to identify changes or the bones
or their durability.
