17. You may find some debris on the cartridge pleats, which may have not been removed
with hosing. In such a case, soak the cartridge in a solution of filter element cleaner
(found at pool dealers). Follow manufacturer's directions for use. Hose thoroughly before
reinstalling the cartridge in the filter.
If calcium or mineral deposits are found, clean cartridge by soaking in a plastic container
with muriatic acid added to water with a 1 to 10 ratio. Always use caution when handling
muriatic acid. After cleaning, flush with water.
17. En la placa del cartucho pueden quedar aun algunos elementos que no se eliminaron
con el lavado. En este caso, sumerja el cartucho en una solucion de limpiador de filtros
(puede conseguirlo en cualquier tienda de articulos para el mantenimiento de piscinas).
Siga las instrucciones del fabricante. Enjuage bien antes de reinstalar el cartucho en el
filtro.
Si aun calcio o depositos de minerales se encuentran en el cartucho limpie sumerjiendo
en un bote de plastico con acido muriatico con agua en una mezcla de 1 a 10. Siempre con
mucha precaucion al utilizar el acido muriatico. Despues de limpiar, enjauge con agua.
18. REINSTALLING CARTRIDGES:
Flush and drain any dirt or debris from the bottom of the filter tank.
Carefully replace cartridges over bottom Cartridge Manifold Assembly.
Place Cartridge Manifold Plug securely into top of cartridges.

Lave y elimine cualquier suciedad o restos en el fondo del tanque del filtro.
Vuelva a poner los cartuchos cuidadosamente sobre los cubos en el contenedor inferior.
Coloque la tapadera de seguridad sobre la parte superior de los cartuchos.

19. REINSTALL TANK LID:
Clean and lightly lubricate O-Ring with silicone lubricant.
Clean O-Ring flange sealing surface on filter lid and place over bottom tank O-Ring,
pressing down firmly and evenly to seat the filter lid in place.
19. REINSTALACION DE LA CABEZA DEL TANQUE:
Limpie y lubrique ligeramente el sello con lubricante de silicon.
Limpie la superficie de la area de sello de la cabeza del filtro y pongala sobre el cuerpo del
filtro presionando firme y uniformemente.
