5C – Perform a network test to adapt the unit stop detector to network leak. (solve stop problems)
1- Perform a network test to adapt the unit stop sensor to network leak
Perform a network test, all inlet valves closed.
1. Hold down the OFF button until the maintenance LED lights up green.
2. Release the OFF button, then press OFF followed by pressing ON to start the network test.
3. After the test, the maintenance LED lights up:
- Green: network tightness OK.
- Orange : network tightness not bad.
- Red: leak detected. In this case, the CVC unit refuses to operate and corrective action on the ductwork is necessary.
2- Ajust Start sensitivity
The start sensitivity of the system is adjustable on a scale of 1 to 10. The larger the value, the higher the sensitivity. The system sensitivity is set to
5 by default, which is perfectly suitable for most of the installations.
After checking that the piping tightness is ok :
- if the CVC unit performs unexpected starts, lower the sensitivity of the system,
- if the CVC unit does not start, increase the sensitivity of the system.
Adjust system sensitivity:
1. Keep the OFF button pressed until the maintenance LED lights up green.
2. Release the OFF button, then press the ON button to flash the maintenance LED.
- The number of flashes gives the current value of the sensitivity (5 by default).
3. Adjust the sensitivity using the ON / OFF buttons:
- Pressing the ON button increases the sensitivity by one value.
- Pressing the OFF button decreases the sensitivity by one value.
- To validate your choice, do not touch the buttons and wait about 30 seconds for the system to save the new desired parameters.
