Before turning the refrigerator on, check if the voltage of the
outlet where the refrigerator is connected, is equal to the voltage
indicated in the label localized next the plug (power cord) or in the
refrigerator identification label.
Connect your refrigerator to an exclusive outlet, do not use
extension cords or connector triple type. This type of connection
can cause overload in thepower supply, impairing the operation of
your refrigerator and resulting in accidents.
Be careful that the refrigerator is not resting on the power cord.
The wires which will be on your refrigerator should
be copper and have a minimum section of 2.5 mm
For your safety, ask for an electrician you trust
to check the mains condition of the refrigerator
installation place.
Make sure the maximum allowable voltage variation
at the installation site is as shown below.
IMPORTANT
If the supply voltage of the appliance is outside
the limits specified in the Allowable Voltage
Variation table, ask the dealership energy
adequacy of voltage levels or install a voltage
regulator (stabilizer) with power equal to or higher
than 2000 VA . If there is, in the installation place,
a voltage variation outside the specified limits
(see table cited above) or frequent falls in power
supply, the appliance can suffer alterations in its
operation. If this occurs, remove the plug from
the outlet for 5 minutes and then reconnect it (see
topic - Failures and Solutions - pages 47 and 48).
