aThe test lamp will light indicating the collar is operating correctly.
aBefore disconnecting the test lamp, make sure the collar is turned Off.
• How to use CLASSIC NOBARK COLLAR
The CLASSIC NOBARK COLLAR bark limiter collar has several functions (beep sounds, short or long static correction, sensitivity regulation).
You must thoroughly understand how it works and adjust the collar before placing it around your dog's neck.
We advise you to start with beep sounds without static correction. In this way the dog can understand the connection
between the operation of the device and its barks.
Although the beep sounds will undoubtedly not be enough at the beginning to stop the dog's barking, they will help him
to understand what will then happen.
After a few hours, if the dog continues to bark, add short static correction, and if this is not enough, add long ones.
The dog will associate this unpleasant sensation with its barking, and will relate it to the fact that it is wearing a collar.
Do not leave the collar more than 8 hours per day on your dog. You do not want the dog to stop barking definitively, but
to limit the disturbance caused by excessive barking.
• Checking/Replacing battery
Should the level of the battery come down, the collar emits a continuous beep sound.
Replace the battery as follows:
a Turn the collar Off.
a Open the collar by removing the screw on the cover opposite the contact points.
a Remove the old battery.
a Insert the new battery (3V Lithium CR 123 A battery) paying attention to follow polarity indicated on the battery housing.
a Put the cover back in place and retighten the screw.
a Turn the collar On.
a After a few seconds, a sound beep will be emitted indicating the collar is ready for use.
EYENIMAL advises to use the same type and same brand of batteries as those supplied in your new purchased product.
Other brand of batteries may not operate, or may not be completely compatible with your product. You can purchase
the suitable batteries from EYENIMAL or from your distributor.
Due to greater use during your dog's training, the first battery may not last as long as replacement batteries.
• Cautions for use
aThe collar should be used on dogs only over 6 months old.
aBefore using the collar, it is important to have your dog checked by your vet to ensure it is fit to wear a bark limiter collar.
aDo not use the collar with dogs that are not in good physical shape (i.e. cardiac problems, epilepsy ...) or have behavioural
problems.
aThe collar is shower proof but not waterproof.
aThe system detects only barking from the dog wearing the collar. Nevertheless, although the device is extremely reliable,
it can be triggered unintentionally. To avoid unintentional triggering, the dog should not wear a medal, metallic collar, or
any other kind of collar together with the bark limiter collar.
aRemove the battery from the collar if you are not using it for 3 months or more.
aNever leave a discharged battery in the collar.
aKeep the collar out of reach of children.
