Connect the power adapter
to the Router's Power port.
Then connect the other end
to an electrical outlet. (Use the
power adapter that is included
with the Router; otherwise, the
Router could be damaged.)

Power on the computer you
want to use to configure the
Router.

2 Configuration

A.
Open your web browser. Enter http://192.168.1.1 in the Address field.
Press Enter.
B.
On the login screen, leave the
User name field blank, and enter
the default password, admin,
the Password field. (For added
security, you should later set
a new password using the
Administration > Management
screen of the browser-based
utility.) Then click OK.
C.
The browser-based utility
appears. On the Basic Setup
screen, complete the Host
Name and Domain Name fields,
if requested by your Internet
Service Provider (ISP). (These
are usually requested by cable
ISPs.). Otherwise, leave these
two fields blank.
