Verify the iotega Panel communications by reviewing the LED lights

on the iotega panel. Below is the normal operation status.
Power
On steady (green) when AC power is connected
Ready to Arm
On steady (green) when partition is in a ready to arm mode.
No ire or CO alarms are present.
Armed
On steady (red) when partition is armed.
Off when partition is disarmed or audible alarm annunciation is off
Trouble
On steady (yellow) when system troubles are present.

Wi-Fi
Signal Strength
On steady (green) when strong signal connection
On steady (yellow) when weak signal connection
On steady (red) when no signal,
Off when no Wi-Fi detected
Cellular Signal Strength
On steady (green) when strong signal connection
On steady (yellow) when weak signal connection
On steady (red) when no signal or no connection detected
Remote Connection Status
On steady (green) when Link to remote server is active
On lashing (red) when link to remote server is active but has failed to
communicate
Off when link to remote server is not active
Verify the Online Status of

the Panel from the SmartTech
dealer portal.
In the left side bar, navigate to the
"System" page, ensuring the panel is
connected and powered up.
On the "System" page you will see the
current Online/Ofline status of the panel.
Enroll Sensors (Zones) and

Peripheral Devices into the
iotega by navigating to the
"iotega Panel Settings" page,
then select "Add Device"
Devices can be enrolled in two ways,
either through Auto Enrollment or by
entering the serial number of the device
into the Add Device by "Serial Number"
form.
To add by Serial Number Form, select
the "Add Device" tool and enter the
serial number of the device in the
serial number ield. Once a valid serial
number has been entered, additional
options speciic to the device will
populate.
Rename the Zone by entering the desired zone name into the "Label" ield.
Select additional zone or device options as desired. Once all options desired
are selected, "Submit" the add device form.
To add by Auto Enrollment, select the
"Add Device" tool and turn the Auto
Enroll option ON.
Once Device Auto Enroll is ON, press
and hold the device enroll button until
the LED lights steady and then release
the enroll button while the LED is still
lit. Continue this method enrolling
zones and peripheral devices until
each device has been enrolled.
Your iotega Security System is now setup. You are now able to control
the system and add devices or cameras via the end-user mobile app
and web portal.
To access the app and web portal, you must use End-User credentials,
!
such as the Master Contact set up in step 4. The dealer credentials
you used to access the SmartTech Dealer Portal will not work.

Once enrolled, you
will ind the device
enrolled directly under
the respective panel
settings sub-sections
(zones, wireless keys,
wire-free keypads,
sirens).
Navigate to each sub-
section to customize
the device / zones
names and options as
desired.
