TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

KINDS OF FAILURES
On the opening command the barrier does
not open and the motor does not start.
On the opening command the motor starts
but the barrier does not move.
The barrier is noisy, or hard to move.
The barrier does not stop in the completely
vertical position.
The barrier does not stop in the completely
horizontal position; do not touch it or the
supports
On activating the command the barrier does
not close.

PROBABLE CAUSE
The tension is missing.
The circuit is not correctly linked.
The radio command doesn't work.
The equipment doesn't work.
The unblocking is open.
The connection of the motor to the limit
switch is reversed and the motor drives the
barrier in the opposite direction.
The balancing spring is not calibrated cor-
rectly.
The limit switches or the opening cams are
not correctly positioned.
The limit switches or the closing cams are
not correctly positioned.
There are problems with any photocells.
The connections to the limit switches are
not correct.

REMEDY
Set the tension connection again.
Check that the equipment connections are
correct and they aren't unconnected.
Check that the radio-command battery is
charged.
Check the correspondences of the codes
between trasmitted and receiver.
Check that the receiver works.
Check the fuses.
Check the equipment logics.
Close the manual unblocking.
Set back the limit switch connection correc
tly.
Incr ease the tension of the balancing
spring.
Reposition the limit switches or the cams
Adjust the limit switches and the cams.
Check the photocells and their connections.
Set the correct connection again.
