14 Operation and Handing

This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device.
Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:
Warning
► Do not leave the device unsupervised when it is in operation, so that you can intervene
quickly in the event of dangers.

14.1 Before initial use

1. The device is featured with a safety protection device. The motor does not work when
blades/blade base are not correctly installed.
2. Clean all dismountable parts (refer to "cleaning and maintenance")
3. Please follow carefully overview and assembling
4. Care is needed when handling the blades, when emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

14.2 How to use

14.2.1 Blending

1. Clean all the parts which will touch the food.
2. Put the raw materials into blender jar, add some water according to personal preference
(but not more than 60 %), then put the blender cover on and put the top cover on the
feeding hole.
3. Insert the plugt into the outlet.
4. Turn the control dial to the desired speed (1-2) for blending.

14.2.2 Function P (pulse) / Crush ICE

Turn and hold the knob to position P, until the food reaches your desired consistency. The
device is working as long you hold the knob in position P.
Please note
► This device must not idle nor be overfilled, because the motor will overheat and gets
damaged. Fill the unit up to maximum of 60 percent.
► When you want to blend only liquid you can fill the device up to maximum marking.
► Do not leave the device unsupervised when it is in operation.
► Remove power plug first before pouring out the food.
Warning
For your own safety:
Never operate the device without the original lid that is part of delivery scope. In addition
do never put your hand into the blender jug during operation.
