1 - INTRODUCTION

OUR WARRANTY COMMITMENT
MARCOPOLO, by means of its service stations, guarantees its air conditioner
equipment in accordance with the Warranty Terms reported on this manu-
al for a 12-month period.

2 - WARRANTY TERMS

-MARCOPOLO´s obligation is liable to repairing or replacing any parts that,
in accordance with the normal period referred to in these terms, present
material, assembly or labor flaw throughout the manufacturing process.
- According to this certificate, the repairing or replacement of defective
parts will be carried out by the Authorized Service Station without any
cost concerning parts or labor used along the process.
- The warranty approval is conditioned to the technical analysis of the de-
fect presented along the component as well as the operational conditions
the equipment was previously submitted to.
- The equipment warranty does not comprehend parts which have suf-
fered normal wastage by use such as belts, motor brushes ,roller bearings,
mechanical seals, filters in general, relays, fuses, etc.
- Such a warranty does not comprehend either defective parts due to inap-
propriate or excessive usage, carelessness, accident or lack of preventative
maintenance in accordance with what is described on this manual under
the item "Preventative Maintenance".

3 - EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

MARCOPOLO´s air conditioner equipment, models CC-160T, CC-170T and
CC-200T roof top, are composed by an Evaporator module, a Condenser
module and a Compressor. The system is inter linked by copper pipe which
conduct the refrigerating gas compressed at the compressor by means of
its components. As a result, refrigeration takes place. The electrical system

is composed by a power panel with fuses and relays as well as an elec-
tronic controller that controls the selected temperature inside the vehicle.
The electrical system is inter connected to the vehicle alternator and bat-
tery.
