Problem
Unit will not pick up or
has low suction
Brushes will not spin
Resolution
• Empty recovery tank, remove any debris from ffi i fi fi fi l ter. If washing ffi i fi fi fi l ter allow
24 hours to fully dry before reffi i fi fi fi t ting.
• The recovery tank has an automatic shut off to prevent the tank from
overffl l owing. If this is activated, the machine will not pick up and the sound
of the motor will change. The recovery tank will need to be emptied.
• Make sure the recovery tank and nozzle are locked into place.
• Mode selector switch is set to DRY mode, change to WASH.
• Check the brushes for blockages.
