How to Use
Please read these instructions carefully and keep them for future reference. Failure to
follow the instructions can seriously risk the safety of your child.
WARNING
: Prevent serious injury or death from
sliding out, falls, or tipping over. Do not use in motor vehicle.
• Always secure child in the restraint until child is able to get in and
out of the booster seat without help (about 2 1/2 years old).
• Never leave child unattended.
• The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair.
• Never allow a child to push away from table.
• Secure all booster seat straps tightly to chair back and chair seat.
• Make sure the seating plate is secured and level before putting the
child into the seat.
• Always check security of fit to adult chair before each use, as well as
the limitations of the product.
• Only use with an adult chair with a seat back.
• Not for use on benches, stools, swivel chairs or any chair where all
safety straps cannot be properly secured.
• Chair must be larger than the base of the booster seat.
• Only use on an adult chair with the following minimum dimensions:
• Seat width 16 ¾" (43 cm), seat
depth 14 ½" (37 cm), backrest
height 15 ¾" (40 cm) and backrest
top width 11 ¾" (30 cm)
• The seat width and depth must
be 1.75" (4 cm) larger than the
booster seat base dimensions
• The backrest must be 4"
(10 cm) higher than the
upper anchor strap
