1) Install diverter escutcheon (E) to
diverter valve. Secure with two
screws (D).

1) Cartridge is factory set to divert
to function 1.

2) Install dome cover (C) to diverter
valve by turning clockwise.

2) Turn handle 1/4 turn clockwise to
divert to function 2.
Cause
Elements in water supply may cause
water staining on finish.

3) Install handle (A) to valve and
secure with set screw (B).

Note:
Handle should be facing the 6
o'clock position.
2) Turn handle 1/4 turn counter-
clockwise to divert to function 3.
Note: For 96-3DIV-PLR only.
Clean finished trim area with a soft
cloth using mild soap and water or a
non-abrasive cleaner and then quickly
