9 Maintenance and cleaning

9.5 Changeable body

1 Clean coupling parts and slightly grease them with silicone-free sealing grease.
2 Check clamp clip for visible damage and replace the complete changeable body, if
required.

3 Replace pressure lever, guide and wire delivery nipple when worn out.
NOTICE
• When replacing the wire type or the wire diameter, the wire feed roller must also be
replaced.
• Maintain the contact area between the torch neck and the changeable body flat and free
of soiling.
• When mounting the insulating shells, make sure that no control lines are squeezed.
