11. Re-attach the nozzle and nozzle nut as shown below. Make sure that the O-ring on
the end piece is present and that the nozzle sits in the nozzle nut correctly.
12. Tighten the nozzle nut using the two spanners (do not use the dosing pipe).

Ready for use. To remove any dirt or contamination, inject with sterile water several times
before using vaccines.

4.6.4 Injection gun maintenance (replacing O-ring on P50)

Make sure the gun has been cleaned according to the cleaning procedure and is not
connected. When carrying out maintenance on the gun, always work on a clean, flat and
stable surface to minimise the risk of losing parts.
