Replace O-ring after every 4,000 injections or once a month
1. Make sure the dosing unit is clean and is not connected. Place it on a clean, flat and
stable surface to minimise the risk of losing parts. Make sure that parts cannot become
damaged, as this can lead to malfunctioning of the injection gun.
2. Open the dosing chamber as shown below, using the spanner supplied.
3. Pull the dosing chamber around 10 mm upwards. Remove the dosing pin from the
piston (horseshoe shape). See picture above. Now remove the whole dosing chamber
from the dosing unit.
