Sealed Deli Pan

adjusted to any height.
Excess water that may accumulate in the bottom of the
drawers should be emptied and the drawers wiped dry.
Sealed Produce Pan
The top pan is designed to provide constant high
humidity levels.
Make sure the drawers are closed completely to
maintain the correct humidity level.

Drawer/Pan Removal
To remove a drawer/pan:
1. Pull the drawer/pan out to the stop position.
2. Lift the front of the drawer/pan up and out of the wire
holder.
3. Lift the back of the drawer/pan up and out.

To replace a drawer/pan:
1. Place the back of the drawer/pan in the wire holder,
making sure the wire holder fits into the grooves on
the back of the drawer/pan.
2. Lower the front of the drawer/pan into the wire holder.
3. Press firmly on the top of the drawer/pan to snap it
into the wire holder.
