There will be an automatic pressurising
up to 4 bars. The pressure inside the
pressure chamber will be verified per-
manently by the electronics and regu-
lated, if necessary. The display shows
the given cooling time (c) which then
counts down to 00:00.

8.5 Opening of the pressure chamber

In order to attain a complete cool down
of the thermoforming blank the valve
at the tension ring (12) is to be opened
slightly after 2/3 of the adjusted cooling
time. Through this the warm air inside
the piston will be released and replaced
by cool air due to the pressure regula-
tion of the electronics. After the cool-
ing time has elapsed there will be an
acoustic signal (indication in the display
(c) will blink).
Pull the heating handle (5) again as
far as it will go and maintain it in this
position (approx. 2–3 seconds) until the
pressure is relieved.

Then swivel the pressure chamber into
its original position by leading back
the activation lever (34). Swivel out
the plate reception (11) at the corre-
sponding handle (10) and remove ten-
sion ring and thermoformed result.
The display (2) will show the last used
programme; the scanning device (1) is
ready for a new thermoforming pro-
cess.
