Assembling the Air Compressor

Unpack the air compressor. Inspect the unit for damage. If the unit has been damaged in transit, contact the carrier and
complete a damage claim. Do this immediatly because there are time limitations to damage claims. The carton should
contain.

Axle
Axle Nut
Axle Washer
Ford Hub Cap
Handle
Handle Bolts

Attaching Handle

1) Slide handle into air compressor handle rings. (see fig1)
2) Insert handle bolts provided and secure into place by tightening them.

Wheel Assembly

1) Insert axle through wheel and axle washer through pre-drilled hole on air compressor as shown on fig 2.
2) Secure with axle nut provided.
3) Attach hub cap.
Filter
1) Attach air filter and hand tighten. (see fig 3)
