This screen is for private training setting:
1). Slide left and right to select different plans, with a total of 12 plans: Fat Burning mode, Health mode, Highway
mode, Mountain mode, Beach mode, Plastic body mode, Middle-aged mode, Elderly mode, Diet mode, Walking
mode, Female mode and Male mode.
2). The initial time is 30s, slide left and right to freely set running time.
Settings range: 8:00~99:00, with running time of each section equals to: set time/20
3). Press Back to exit "Program".
4). Press Start to start the treadmill motor and the Program as below
5). You can adjust current Speed and Slope manually. Taking speed adjustment as an example: click Speed window
