The replacements described below should only be performed by an "Authorised Service Centre".
Before replacing any component, you should switch off power supply from the unit by using the omnipolar switch.
A) Switch and thermostat
- remove panel
- undo the screws fastening the component
- remove the thermostat bulb by sliding it off the bulb-holder (for thermostat only)
- disconnect wires following the electrical diagram
- change the component and re-assemble everything, following the electrical diagram
- install everything back in reverse order.
B) Heating elements
- remove panel
- unscrew the flange of the heating element
- unscrew the heating unit from relevant opening and disconnect all wires, leaving the protection wire for last
- change the heating element, installing it by following the electrical diagram
- place everything back in reverse order.

USING THE BAIN-MARIE

The unit must operate with the water level as indicated on the tank ; it cannot be dry-operated.
To switch on the Bain-Marie, turn the knob in Fig. 1 from position "0" to position "1", the green indicator light will come on.
Turn the thermostat knob in Fig. 2 to the desired temperature : the yellow indicator light will automatically come on, to
indicate heating.
Once the set temperature is reached, the yellow light will go off.
To switch the unit off, turn the knob in Fig. 1 to bring the "0" in alignment with index.

DRAINING THE TANK

To perform this operation, you need to connect the already supplied click-on extension hose to the drain tap. Place beneath
it a tray to collect water, then lift the safety lever and open the tap by pulling the knob leftwards.
N.B. : It is advisable such an operation be performed when water is not too hot.
