- Daily clean the stainless steel parts with soapy lukewarm water, then thoroughly rinse and dry carefully.
- Absolutely avoid cleaning steel with metal wool, brush or common steel scrapers, since they may deposit ferrous particles
causing rust points. You may use stainless steel wool, passed over the metal following its butter-finish direction.
- Avoid continuous or desultory contact with ferrous material, so as not to cause galvanic corrosion. Therefore, ladles,
skimmers, spoons, etc. should be made of stainless steel.
- Once the tank is drained, thoroughly clean it in order to remove any incrustations by preferably using nylon brushes.
- Should the unit not be used for prolonged periods, pass a cloth slightly wetted with vaseline oil over all steel surfaces, so
that a protective film is spread on them. Periodically air the premises.
STAINLESS STEEL PARTS
The stainless steel parts must be cleaned with soapy water and then dried with a soft cloth. The bright polish is kept by
periodical wiping with liquid (POLISH), a product easily available.
