Air Frying

Note:
Do not place anything on top of your air
fryer. This disrupts airflow and causes poor air
frying results.
An air fryer is not a deep fryer. Do not fill the
baskets with oil, frying fat, or any liquid.
When taking the baskets out of the air fryer,
be careful of hot steam, and do not press the
basket release button.
1. Preheat your air fryer (see page 11).
2. When your air fryer is done preheating,
add food to the baskets.
3. Press
to set the time. The time will
blink on the display. Press
change the time (1–60 minutes). You can
do this anytime during cooking.
4. Optionally, press
temperature. The temperature will blink
on the display. Press
change the temperature (100°–400°F
/ 38°–204°C). You can do this anytime
during cooking.
Note: If you press

, then the air fryer will start in preheating
mode. If the air fryer is already preheated, press
and set the time instead.
5. Press
to begin air frying.
6. Optionally, shake or flip your food
halfway through cooking to make sure it
cooks evenly (see Shaking Food,
page 13).
