• After a Barrel is filled and the process of composting has begun, you shouldn't add more organic waste to the
barrel; however, you may continue to add air by rotating the barrel, or add nitrogen or water, when necessary, to
aid in the break down of the waste. One barrel should be used to accumulate waste while the other is used to
"bake" the waste. Attach the Indicator Clip (EHG) to the Lid of the Barrel to indicate you shouldn't add more waste to
that barrel while the contents are "baking."
