Pressurize the DGC-... as follows:
S
1. At first pressurize the DGC-... on both sides simultaneously.
The slide will then move forward slightly to a point of equilibrium.
2. Then exhaust the DGC-... on one side. You will then avoid peak loadings.
Start a test run.

Check to see if the speed of the work mass must be modified.
S
With mass geometries with projection in the
direction of the slide movement:

S Please note that the adjusting screws for
the one-way flow control valves may only
be turned when the DGC-... is at a stand.
Open up the one-way flow control valves
S
slowly until the desired slide speed is
reached.
Fine adjustment of the stroke (see Fig. 27):
Loosen locking nut K.
S
Unscrew the cushioning element.
S
Tighten the locking nut again.
S

S For reasons of stability, distance d must not exceed the following dimensions:
Elastomer absorbers: 5 mm ; Shock absorbers: 10 mm
