6.- TROUBLESHOOTING

• Clogging of the fill
• Air temperature higher than design
• Clogging or deposits in water circuits
• Strange bodies in air circulation area due to
fouling or ice formation
• No free air circulation
• Failure in fan regulation
• Failure in fan driving
• Leaks in the circuit
• Electric motor not running
• Wrong direction of rotation
• Failure in the regulation
• Failure in the motor set
• Failure in the reducer
• During switching at low revolutions, the time
relay is not correctly regulated for the fan
motor
• Unbalanced fan due to fouling or failure
• Failure in bearings
• Clogging in nozzles
• Clogging in the fill

6.- RECHERCHE DE PANNES

CAUSES POSSIBLES
• Encrassement du garnissage
• Température de l'air supérieure á la valeur du
projet
• Encrassement et dépôts dans les circuits d'eau
• Corps étrangers dans la zone de circulation de
l'air par encrassement ou formation de glace
• Il n'y a pas de circulation libre de l'air
• Panne de la régulation du ventilateur
• Panne de l'entraînement du ventilateur
• Fuites dans le circuit
• Le moteur ne fonctionne pas
• Sens de rotation incorrecte
• Panne de la régulation
• Panne dans l'ensemble du moteur
• Panne dans le réducteur
• Lorsque le relais de temps du moteur du
ventilateur est mal réglé, au moment où on
commute des révolutions plus basses
• Ventilateur déséquilibré par encrassement ou
des dégâts
• Panne aux coussinets
• Obstruction dans les tuyères
• Obstruction dans le garnissage
