14 START & STOP
14.1 Start

Turn the ignition key in position "1";

Operate the vacuum switch on the consolle (Nr. 4 table CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS).
14.2 Stop

Switch off the vacuum on the consolle (Nr. 4 table CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS).

Turn the ignition key to position "0";

Place the vacuum hose in the rest position;

Empty the hopper.
When the machine has a long stop disconnect the batteries. These operations must be carried out
wearing gloves to protect hands and make sure there are no objects or people in the vicinity.
15 MAINTENANCE
These operations must be performed with the machine completely switched off, the ignition key has to
be in position "0" and in full compliance with safety regulations. Wear protective gloves and make sure
there are no objects or people in the vicinity.
It is also general rule that, at maintenance performed, before restarting the machine, all components are functions are
verfied perfectly.
Scheduled maintenance, it is accompanied by the inspection maintenance during use, observing the state of efficiency of
particularly delicate parts. For safety reasons, the inspection will be paid to those components visible and accessible,
without manual intervention.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out any type of maintenance action while the machine is switched on.
Ordinary maintenance operations
The type of periodical maintenance for this machine is represented by the one scheduled. It includes operations on the
components such as lubrication, cleaning, adjustment, replacement, etc. to be performed with predefined deadlines.
Extraordinary maintenance operations
Extraordinary maintenance operations are all those operations not covered in this manual. Extraordinary maintenance
operations can be performed only by the manufacturer or those delegated by him.
