4. Burr cleaning

With this function, you can carry out a periodical cleaning cycle of the grinding chamber.
NOTE
The grinder shall be cleaned at least once per week. If beans are dark roasted or have oils
on them, it must be cleaned more frequently.
This cleaning cycle must be carried out with the specific cleaning product distributed
by the manufacturer.
Remove all coffee beans from the hopper of the grinding unit that needs to be cleaned and put the bean
hopper back in place on the grinder before proceeding.
Enter the menus list and scroll down until the display shows:
