Step 4: Refill Hydraulic Circuit with the operating Cooling Mixture (refer to Chiller Label for details), making sure this is not
diluited with the Demineralized Water used within previous Step for washing purposes (Minimum 5 minutes)

Step 5: Connect Return Hose from Customer Cooling Circuit (red line) to the Chiller Inlet Port.
Open Refill valve 3 and run Refill Pump untill the complete Hydraulic Circuit reaches a Pre-charge Pressure of 2bar (29 PSI)
and perform visual inspection for potential leakages.
Then shut OFF Refill Valve 3.

Step 6: Establish Electrical Connections of Main Power feed and Alarm cable with customer's equipment (please, refer to
Electrical Diagram attached for details).
Step 7: Purge Chiller Pump by loosening purging screw that is located on the top of pump (if present). Be advised that the
Pump has been purged correctly when only water is visible.
Note: pay particular attention while loosening purging screw (1 or 2 turns only) in order to avoid sealing gasket to come out!
