If a minor problem occurs, it usually can be solved quite easily when the cause is found by using the
checklist below.
Any other servicing should be done by an authorized service representative.

2. Check fuse or breaker
3. Replace fuse or reset breaker
4. Allow cleaner to cool for 30 minutes (this
will reset the thermal protector)
1. Replace belt
2. Replace brushroll
3. Change filter bag
4. Move nozzle control knob to lower setting
5. Clear blockage
1. Move carpet height control to a higher
setting
1. Replace agitator brushroll belt as
described in Figs. 3-10 through 3-15 in the
Maintenance section.
