Notice d'utilisation SIVISION digital, SIVISION 3, 19" flat-screen monitor
The 19" flat-screen monitor is intended for use on dental units made by Sirona.
It serves for viewing intraoral images, X-ray images and any other images
resulting from the PC connection.
This unit is not intended for operation in areas subject to explosion hazards.
The "on-site installation" must be performed according to our requirements.
As manufacturers of dental medical equipment and in the interest of the
operational safety of your system, we stress the importance of having
maintenance and repair of your treatment center performed only by
ourselves or by agencies expressly authorized by us. Furthermore
components influencing the safety of the system should always be replaced
with original spare parts upon failure.
Modifications to this system which could impair the safety of operators,
patients or third persons are prohibited by law!
Extensive technical documentation is available for service personnel.
To prevent the danger of fire or of electric shock, the product should not be
exposed to rain or moisture.
The monitor may be connected only to devices compliant with IEC 60601-1 or
IEC 60950 (e.g. PCs). This also applies to the loudspeaker socket. It must not
be connected to a stereo system etc. in any case.
Please do not open or dismantle the product. Danger of injury due to electric
shock.
Never touch the glass surface with sharp or hard objects.
Do not operate the unit in the following ambient conditions:
• very hot, cold or humid environment
• strong development of dust and dirt
• in the neighborhood of devices with strong magnetic fields
• direct sunlight
The SIVISION digital, SIVISION 3 complies with the requirements of
IEC 60601-1-2:2001.
Medical electrical equipment is subject to special precautionary measures
regarding EMC. It must be installed and operated in compliance with the
specifications provided in the document "Installationsvoraussetzungen" for the
respective treatment center.
Portable and mobile RF communication systems may interfere with medical
electrical equipment. Therefore, the use of mobile wireless phones in practice
or hospital environments must be prohibited.
