INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
STEP 1- HANGER BRACKET INSTALLATION
1- Secure the hanger bracket to the ceiling outlet box using provided with the outlet box and flat washers included with
the fan (fig 1)
NOTE: optional wood screw are provided for mounting of hanger bracket directly to building structure
2- Remove the two screws / washers out from the mounting bracket. Screws the rrest screws out. Match the slots of the
canopy to the two screws one the mounting rack. Twist clockwise the canopy until they reach ends of the slots.
3- use the wood screws to fix the canopy to the rack
FLUSH MOUNT OPTION
Guide motor wires through base of canopy as shown and attach canopy directly to top of
motor housing with flush mount screws and lock washers provided. Tighten screws
securely.
NOTE: if you are installing you fan using the flush mount nethod. Proceed directly to step
STEP 2 DOWN ROD ASSEMBLING STYLE
Unscrew the screw one the down rod hanger ball, then loosen the hanger ball. A
"Clipping Latch" will be seen on the drop rod, remove it and the hanger ball from
the rod
STEP 3 DOWN ROD MOUNT OPTION
Remove downrod hanger ball by loosening. Set
screw, removing the cross pin, and sliding ball off
rod. Remove the hitch pin and lock pin
Lower canopy over lead wires, plug and yoke on
motor assembly. Feed lead wire and plug through
the down rod and ball assembly. Re-install cross
pin into down rod and slide down rod ball up until
cross pin fits firmly into ball
Tighten set screw in ball
Insert down rod into down rod yoke. Make sure to
align hole in down rod with the hole in down rod
yoke
Lift canopy and install yoke. Cross pin through yoke and down rod. Install clamp into cross pin until it snaps into place.
Tighten set screws in yoke
