STEP 4 BADE INSTALLATION.
Once the motor is installed, mount the blade and install them in the motor. See drawing
1- insert 1 x 40w bulb (not included)
2- attach glass to light fixture by inserting neck of glass into light fixture. Keeping two spring clips inside the neck of the
glass. Put the glass shade toward the third spring clip. Push the third clip to fit inside the glass. And push the glass up into
the fitter,
STEP 5 ONCE THE DROP ROD ASSEMBLY HAD BEEN FITTED
Lift the fan up to the hanger bracket, steer the ball in from the side of the bracket
and lower it into the recess of the bracket. Rotate the ball around until the groove in
the side of the ball aligns with the protrusion on the upper edge of the recess .
When aligned the fan should drop slightly as it assumers It's correct position.
Thisis to prevent rotation of the rod and fan whtn the unit is working
Connect male and female 4 pole connect one way only. Make sure locking
mechanism is fully engaged.
Once the cables of the fan have been connected, offer the canopy up to the
hanging bracket and insert the set crews in the hanging bracket.
Tighten all the screw to ensure a good save fixing
It is important to fix the canopy properly as this offers another level of safety should
anything happen to the hanging bracket.

HOW TO USE THE ANTI-BALANCE KIT

1. Place the balance clip on a blade and turn the fan on and set the speed control
setting to a speed in which the wobble is greatest. MAKE SURE THAT THE CLIP IS FIRMLY PLACED, IF NOT IT MIGHT
FLY OFF WHEN THE FAN STARTS TURNING!
2. Repeat this procedure on all blades noting the blade on which the greatest improvement is achieved, because this
blade is the one that is unbalanced.
3. Move the clip inward and outward on this blade and operate the fan to find the position where the clip gives the
greatest improvement.
4. Remove the clip and install a balancing weight to the top of the blade along the centerline near the point where the clip
was positioned.
