ATTENTION
Inspect the dry contact card immediately after opening the packaging. If it appears damaged, do
not install it inside the UPS Daker DK or Daker DK + but immediately contact the Technical Service
Assistance of LEGRAND.
In case of problems with the card, you should read this manual before contacting the Technical
Service Assistance of LEGRAND.
If the problem persists, contact the Technical Service Assistance of LEGRAND that will provide all
the instructions on how to proceed.
The dry contact card allows to have a series of normally open or normally closed dry contacts (volt-
age free) to indicate the following operations of the UPS:
- the bypass mode;
- the absence of the mains;
- the inverter mode;
- problems to the batteries;
- the presence of a generic alarm.
It is also possible to perform a manual or automatic remote shutdown of the UPS.
The card is made up of 6 relays (K), of 5 configuration jumpers (JP) to select the normally open or
normally closed dry contact and 2 configuration jumpers (CN) to select the mode of the remote
UPS shutdown.
The maximum switching voltage of the relays is 40Vdc.
The maximum switching current of the relays is 25mA.
